I have never been on a Sigur Rós consert before Bergen, and it was beyond my imagination. I knew it would be amazing, but I had no idea it would be as amazing as this. This was the best consert I have ever been to, and I have been on alot for a person my age (16). I will definetly come watch you everytime you are in Norway, and open for people underage! Thank you Sigur Rós for the best night of my life, and thank you Jón for taking a picture with me at the airport in Bergen.. Still in shock after that one

First time I have seen Sigur Rós live. It was amazing. I did what I normally do when I listen to your music; close my eyes and just enjoy. It felt like I was flying. Even got a comment from a stranger after the show because I was so into the music. May possible have looked like I was drunk or high, but the only thing I was high on was your music! Hope to see you again soon. Takk!

Absolutely breathtaking, in the most literal sense of the word. I kept forgetting to breathe, I was too caught up in the musical landscapes painted excellently and effortlessly by the amazing performers on stage. I was a little worried before the show if the band would work as a trio without support players, but when the climax of Sæglópur, the third song, was reached all my doubts immediately vanished. Even with very limited sampling and prerecorded sounds, the band as a three-piece builds an intense atmosphere that can only be experienced seeing Sigur Rós live.
I find it incredibly charming to see the members exchange glances at each other and let out a little smile or a laugh. It’s almost hard to believe the members of Sigur Rós are only human after all, but small acts like these really give an extra depth to the show.
Maybe I’m imagining things, but I could have sworn that Jónsi on several occasions held eye contact for a prolonged amount of time with me specifically, and he’d smile back when I smiled at him. (Don’t anyone dare tell me he didn’t, let me keep my dream)
My one complaint goes to Jónsi, who kicked over a speaker before storming off the stage at the end. Nearly hit the adorable security guard in the head! Be more careful next time, Jónsi, that could seriously injure someone someday.
In conclusion, I can’t really think of any better way to spend 75 minutes. I hope to be seeing you again soon, and I’m eagerly awaiting news about a new album.

Truly, truly an amazing experience. Grew up with Sigur Ros’ music and it meant a great deal to me and my dad to witness this incredible show together. I repeatedly closed my eyes and cried in silence, enjoyed every second of it. Brought many childhood memories to mind. I am deeply amazed by your work and passion. You guys make powerful and breathtaking music and I’ll remember this night as one of the best yet experienced.

Traveled to Bergen to see you guys play for the first time, and what a spectacular show it was. Playing some of my favorite songs from Untitlted and Takk, and the visuals were mind blowing together with the sound. The chitchat we had over lunch before the show will always remain a special memory for me.

From start to finish, a stunning performance. Having previously only heard “Takk…”, I wasn’t all that excited for the concert. Never have I been so wrong. From the opening intro through to the end I was mesmerized. Such a haunting voice. Sigur Ros is the ultimate testament that voice can render beautiful emotions without uttering a single understandable word. Thank you, and thank you again for getting me into Post Rock, and many, many hours of beautiful listening and dreaming.
