What a performance. Such a privilege to be their and also meet so many people we’ve met before at various locations. Can’t wait for tonight now!

It was a long waiting! Happy to listen to your music in Reykjavik. I’ve desired to see you since I watched Heima documentary. Thanks for this concert and an amazing festival. I thought it would be a sort of rock festival for some experimental post rock and plus art work. But I found it more than that! So excited for the rest of a festival. Yesterday ‘Festival’ was so nice! Sometimes it felt a little bit empty because of little string? But yeasterday I didn’t feel so. I love both though. And ‘Dauðalagið’ always made me cry…Thanks for your playing.

Well, what can I say. I was married yesterday before the concert, to a wonderful woman I met at the Sigur Rós show in Oslo Nov 28 2013, and who I proposed to during ‘Glósoli’ at the concert in Trondheim August 18 2016. So I guess one can say that Sigur Rós means something very special to us both. And I can actually boast that the band played in our wedding, sort of, since our wedding day was crowned with a dream coming true for us both… :-) Takk for magical show! The new songs are very cool and they get better every time I hear them (actually beginning to remember/recognize them now). The old ones are becoming ever tighter as a “power trio” also, which is most cool as well. :-) All in all one of the best shows – perhaps the best, considered the setting! :-) – we’ve seen from the band. “You’ll probably not see us again, but we WILL be seeing you – as often as we are able”. :-) Takk fyrir, Georg, Jónsi and Orri. And Dean. :-)

What a nice way to end 2017. And Sigur Ros made it all possible in this beautiful venue, Harpa. No surprises according to the setlist, but that doesn’t matter. Always good to be part of this. The concert was full of energy, as always. Instead of that i experienced a lack of enthousiasm and excitement by the audience during the concert. It had a strange effect on me. I felt that Jonsi was a bit dissapointed in the return of the audience during the set. As a bonus the whole festival experience, to see Alex Somers and his installation, the other bands, it seems as a big family fest. Keep on going… we will be back Danny + Katie Leuven, Belgium

I went first from France to Milan, Italy, to view Sigur Rós live and the show was fantastic. This time I’ve decided to come to Iceland with my whole family, including my 5 years old daughter, to renew this fabulous experience in their hometown, surrounded by the environment that made them grow and inspired their souls to produce such a magical world around their music and art. And many Takk! The show has been breathtaking, really fabulous with visual effects absolutely fantastic… I absolutely loved it once again, and I’ll be there next time again, for sure!

After the great announcement on the Sigur Ros site, we decided to visit the concert in Reykjavik. So we flew from the Netherlands to Iceland. After the show we were a little disappointed. Nothing special, the same show as in Amsterdam in November, only the price was more than 3 times higher. Sigur Ros fans deserve better.

It’s been a dream of mine since 2002 to watch Sigur Rós in Iceland, and on the 28th that dream came true. Reykjavik truly is a beautiful city and both Harpa and the band certainly didn’t disappoint, especially the new songs. Could only stay the one day, but thoroughly enjoyed my time at the festival and hope to visit Iceland again soon

It was the best time in my life! I felt like in another world. It wast really exciting to hear and watch you in Iceland, in Harpa – in the places which stole my heart. I crossed thousand kilometers, spent lots of money but it was really worth it!!! I think that no words can describe this amazing performance. It was very emotional for me. I cried for a whole first part. It was my first concert of Sigur Rós. I hope to see you some day, because I know it won’t be the last. Lots of love from Poland! Takk fyrir allt! 27.12.2017
