sigur rós have quietly penetrated the mainstream market in america by landing the #52 spot on this week’s billboard top 200 chart. the album has also been landing top 20 spots on numerous sales charts all over the world, including top 5 appearances in some european countries. we should have some proper sales figures for you later this week.
