making of documentary

we’ve just come across a short “making of” documentary of the video to svefn-g-englar, shot and hosted by sigur rós. the short film, entitled ‘introducing perlan’, is mainly centered around the acting group of disabled actors called ‘perlan’ but also features interviews with the band members and others. it’s quite a beautiful and remarkable little film, and it’s also a good oppurtunity to witness the rare event of jónsi (the vegetarian) grilling hamburgers, and to see the band horsing around, which they never do at concerts. the video, which you can download below, is 11 minutes long and 17.9 mb in size (high quality). you will need a real video player to view this video.
