although ( ) won’t be released for two days, it’s already well on its way to outselling its predecessor, ágætis byrjun. 250.000 copies of the album have been pre-sold as of yesterday, october 25th, which is pretty ironic since ( ) will be a lot more difficult for the masses to digest than ágætis byrjun.
