8th time seeing Sigur Ros live and first time at Orpheum theater. It gets better every time.
I do wish they could end the show with Unititled #8
If I won the lottery the very first thing I’d do is follow Sigur Ros around the world show to show. From the pin drop silence of the audience not wanting to miss a single note, to the roar of the bass and horns in Se Lest. (MY personal favorite). I could have just said they are a MUST SEE. But that’s too easy.

Absolutely beautiful, such an incredible experience. It’s been 24 years since I’ve last seen Sigur Ros perform live, and each time was an absolutely emotional experience. Even more magical, was getting to introduce my daughter to Sigur Ros at this show.

The Sigur Ros experience, for me, is always one of spiritual renewal. This particular show touched something deep in my soul – all the longing, pain, joy and myriad of human feelings were activated. Sigur Ros is worthy of performing in any concert hall around the globe. My dream is to hear them live in Iceland. They inspired me to visit Iceland and accompanied me, through the sound system, on my driving adventure around their island.
